When Sreymom Pheap first joined STC's Women in Business program in 2022, she ran a small home-based weaving practice supplying local markets. Three years later, with access to micro-financing, export market connections, and STC mentorship, her textile enterprise now employs 12 women and exports to buyers in Japan and South Korea.
