STC is seeking an experienced Finance & Grants Officer to oversee financial administration, donor grant reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- •Maintain daily bookkeeping, invoices, and QuickBooks records
- •Prepare quarterly project financial statements for international donor audits
- •Manage payroll, tax filings, and NSSF submissions in accordance with Cambodian labor laws
- •Oversee procurement procedures and vendor contracts
Requirements
- •Degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA/CAT qualification
- •Minimum 3 years of experience in NGO or private sector accounting
- •Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel
- •High level of integrity and attention to detail
